Very dissappointed about the lack of consideration on what is a potential emergency with an eye issue. Being dismissed at reception with a statement around "we only see patients who have evergreen primary care", makes this sound like an HMO operation in the guise of PPO.
Dr. Stroh has been my Opthamologist for several years and I have been very pleased with every aspect of my visits. He is an excellent doctor and very personable with his patients. I recommend him!
Dr. Stroh went above and beyond for a dear friend of mine that was having eye trouble. I went with him to help advocate for my friend since I am an ARNP and my friend hasn't had follow up care in several years. Navigating the health care system can intimidating if one doesn't do it often. I went to help my friend in case he needed it, but was extremely impressed with Dr. Stroh's assessment and treatment plan. Thank you Dr. Stroh!
Excellent receptionists and doctor's aides. Friendly, thorough and thoughtful. Dr. Stroh was great. Patient, concerned, careful. Best opthamologist I've ever seen!
Worst experience of my life! Horrible directions, confusing requirements. Spent three hours of my time to be told I need to reschedule. Doctor golfing or something I guess.
