From the start he says P.O.T.S. Is not dysautonomia. Google it it is. And he did not know why I was sent to him. His test he gave to me was after pulling me off my meds which sent me into a huge flare so that would not read right. My brain fog was so bad I didn’t even know what people were saying to me. Dr Southwell is awesome! He does a comprehensive initial interview which leads to more in depth questions. Although it wasn't my primary complaint, he prescribed a med that completely relieved the tremors in my hands. Can't wait till he pursues my primary issue!

I am so grateful to be a patient of Dr. Southwell! He was quick to be able to diagnose me and get a treatment plan in motion to help me in half an appointments time. Other doctors I have seen had not been able to do so. He’s compassionate and listens and gives excellent advice. He also wonderfully puts an anxious thoughts at ease in a kind manner without anything condescending or making me feel more anxious than before. I can’t recommend him highly enough to anyone.
