Dr. Schmitz is a really good Doctor. He’s professional, his office is always clean and his Staff is helpful. I’m not an easy patient I know but Dr. Schmitz has always helped me with medications I need, he calls in my medicine on time, he has given me referrals to other doctors, he’s listened to me gripe a lot. And not one time has he gotten angry with me or been rude to me. I’ve always been treated with respect at Dr. Schmitz office and I’ll always be grateful for this.
The last couple of times I have been to see Dr. Schmitz he has done nothing but talk to me and write a prescription, he hasn't even touched me only chatted for 5 minutes. I don't feel he has listened to me at all. This has not always been the case, I am not sure if his workload has increased or what, but it's not the same.
Dr.Schmitz is one of the finest family doctors I have seen in years. His office is always full. His staff is always courteous even when it gets busy. I know at times as patients we can be a real pain in the butt when its busy. Especially when you keep calling about your online medical service password and you can tell that they really don't want to deal with you.
