I met Dr. Netterville in 2002 when I began employment in OTO. He graciously welcome me when I worked with the chairperson. A few years later, he performed a thyriodectomy on my daughter ao I was able to first hand witness his patient/physician interaction as a parent. This is a gentleman who doesn't push the time he spends with his patients or those he trains. Even his speaking voice is comforting to those under his care. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. This office does not treat people like human beings. They are treated as dollar signs. The Oath taken upon becoming a physician is not upheld by this office. As a RN, I am thoroughly appalled at how it’s about insurance (yes I have it…BCBS) before even considering you as a human. I needed to be seen soon for a horrible ES flare up but they won’t see me until I have ALL of my images REFAXED to their office. After reviewing the films for 10 days….only then will they call me to make an appt. (My BCBS doesn’... read more
Dr. Netterville is an amazing doctor! He is very polite, very informative and takes time to answer all your questions. He did my Thyroid surgery a few years ago. I know all of his patients are sure going to miss him when he retires.
Dr. James Netterville is an excellent doctor and a great human been! Always taking care of all his patients! We are going to miss him so much after he gets his retirement.
