RecommendedVery respectable company. Came out to check out a back flowing drain and talk about ways to fix it. They added a plastic cap to my drain and said this may fix my issue and didn’t even charge me for it. I would give this company a 5 star rating.
Charged $127 to come over and tell me they couldn’t fix the leaking drain pan on my ac unit. Said I needed a professional heating and cooling company to do the work which I can understand but why not tell me that up front? When I called to contest the excessive charge amount the owner was extremely rude! He yelled over top of me while I was trying to explain the situation. When I offered to pay a lesser amount he threatened to sue me and then hung up on me! The owner is RUDE and CONDESCENDING!!!
Thank you to James L Johnson Jr. Plumbing for always being very helpful in times of need. Every time I have needed a plumbing question answered or a washer, fitting, or pipe, your staff have always have gone above and beyond to help out. Thank you!
