I really hated leaving a review that was not positive for someone who is working in todays hard market. I went to Autumn three times- each time 5 hours in her salonx(except the consultation) . After paying a consulation fee the first time and thinking she understood what I wanted- things went well. Not great but just- she was working and I was trying a new style.
