Bryan & Team did a great job. They worked extra hard on a very high roof to get the job done in one way. They uncovered several bad spots and replaced with new plywood. Very satisfied with quality, performance and price. Thanks guys!
If you have a project, you want JLG Builds. We had a kitchen renovation. All you ever hear about kitchen renovations are horror stories. This could not have gone better! Right from the start they understood our budget and what we were going for. They didn't try to oversell us and gave us good advice to make our budget go farther. We have used JLG Builds for multiple projects over the past year. They have always provided professional and high quality workmanship at fair prices. When it comes to home improvement projects, we would not consider using anyone else.
Our experience started with clear expectations based on signed contracts, but unfortunately the project did not close out properly and several significant issues remain unresolved. The contractor stated that the siding work was completed correctly, but that does not match what we observed. Used James L. Graves (JLG Builds) Construction numerous times, it's always been very good, & I like that. I've had the following work done across the 25 years I've lived in my home: roofing & gutter replacement, original siding on upwind side of house replaced after a very breezy 2025 New Year's Day blew half of the siding off the house, window replacement, doorway trim replacement, exterior painting of high areas inaccessible for me, original copper water pipes with pinhole leaks replaced, among other things.
