I am used to my other MDVIP dr. that was before Dr. Kwak and he was so warm and caring. I do not get the same feeling from Dr. K. When I told him that he said it takes time to build a relationship. I don't agree with that and don't feel like he has the passion that my other dr. had.
Dr Kwak is an excellent physician. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and caring. His staff is very supportive, friendly and helpful. I am grateful to be part of this practice and have him as my PCP.
I enrolled with Dr. Kwak's MDVIP practice expecting advanced care. For a $2,000 annual fee, I received basic blood tests and an exam that told me nothing I didn't already know. The real shock came when I was automatically charged another $2,000 the next year without a single visit or service. They refuse to refund, even though they provided nothing. I feel robbed.
