Dr Kwak is an excellent physician. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and caring. His staff is very supportive, friendly and helpful. I am grateful to be part of this practice and have him as my PCP.
I enrolled with Dr. Kwak's MDVIP practice expecting advanced care. For a $2,000 annual fee, I received basic blood tests and an exam that told me nothing I didn't already know. The real shock came when I was automatically charged another $2,000 the next year without a single visit or service. They refuse to refund, even though they provided nothing. I feel robbed. Dr. Kwak is an excellent physician but more importantly a kind and caring individual who is wholly invested in his craft. His attention to detail, natural intuition, extensive medical knowledge, comforting bedside manner, and dedication to the care of his patients is evident in every interaction from office visits to follow-up communications. One couldn't ask for more in a family practitioner.
Everyone in the office listens to what I have to say and always gets back to me right away.
