Visit was very rushed. Didn’t even look at/evaluate my injury. Informed me of X-ray results and basically sent me on my way. Brushed off my concerns and barely let me get a word out.
The provider lacked compassion, and I felt as if he was annoyed I was there. The diagnosis was fine, but prognosis was unrealistic. X-rays were taken and not shared with me. I did not feel heard or seen. I came here because of the great experience my husband had 3 months ago. This was a big mistake. I was in excruciating pain and told to take OTC meds. I will not return nor will I refer anyone to this establishment.
Not likable at all. Spent 2 minutes with me - didn’t ask me anything and I told me I needed surgery.
Very informative, quick response time once you've been brought to back for x-rays.
