Great and fast service. The doctors and PA’s have a wealth of knowledge and experience. Been knowing Dr Kramer and others from this practice for over 30 years. Dr. Kramer is to the point and will be upfront with you. Great people.
Visit was very rushed. Didn’t even look at/evaluate my injury. Informed me of X-ray results and basically sent me on my way. Brushed off my concerns and barely let me get a word out.
The provider lacked compassion, and I felt as if he was annoyed I was there. The diagnosis was fine, but prognosis was unrealistic. X-rays were taken and not shared with me. I did not feel heard or seen. I came here because of the great experience my husband had 3 months ago. This was a big mistake. I was in excruciating pain and told to take OTC meds. I will not return nor will I refer anyone to this establishment.
