After over a month, no follow up and no contact for tests and heart monitor that was ordered. Office Admin tried several times to bill insurance that is not mine although they have a copy of my insurance card. Office staff stated they attempted to call several times but my caller Id, voicemail and answering machine somehow missed every attempt...
