Not a good experience and would not recommend. My AC unit stopped working on Saturday and with a new born baby needed my AC unit fixed ASAP. After spending 20 mins trying to fix my unit asked me to go and Google my units manual online for him. Since I was not able to find it and Mr Kim did not know what the issue was, he then went to grab something from his car but when he returned my unit started to work again.
