Dr. James Kerpsack and his team were excellent! From the first day I entered the office, to the present day, the entire team was kind, confident, prompt, and informative about everything. During my post op visit, Dr. Kerpsack explained in detail, all the pictures he took of the inside of my right knee, which he gave to us at the end of the surgery. Dr. Kerpsack and his team are absolutely amazing! From the very first appointment to post-surgery care, everything was handled with patience, professionalism, and genuine compassion. You can tell he truly cares about his patients, not just their injury, but their overall well-being. My husband is already up, moving, and well on his way to a full recovery!
