Haunted building. Great doctors though.
Dr. Kelley and his staff have dramatically improved my ability to function over the years I’ve been seeing him. The breadth and depth of his knowledge and efforts have had a significant impact on my quality of life. He is irreplaceable. A reviewer complained about services not being covered by insurance. That is a patient’s responsibility to determine. Doctors and staff should be able to focus on patient care.
Excellent doctor who listens carefully and makes sure that he understands and addresses all concerns. He doesn't go for the quick fix but is devoted to finding positive results.
The doctor was kind but I can't help but feel like I wasted a lot of time, energy, and resources attending this appointment for essentially NO reason. Intially I was referred to a surgeon that doesn't take my insurance. I was also prescribed a mobility aid that I am now being informed is ALSO not covered under my insurance. When I called several hours after my appointment (as soon as I found this out it was not covered) and asked that they do a prior authorization request for my insurance, I was told "we don't do that."
