Took my 2010 ford fusion to Keeners to fix Electric power steering and my blower for air and heat The guy who works for James called us and said he couldn't find the part for the steering but he found a used one We ask his opinion he said it would be fine We paid over 1000 to get my car fixed got down the road the blower stopped I noticed my car was squeezing and eventually power steering went out since this car wasn't my daily driver any warranty doesn't apply Although I did call and talked to james mechanic he said we don'... read more
My family and I have brought 3 different vehicles to this place . All air conditioning and radiator issues. My sisters car simply needed a fuse for her air and freeon. Didn't get a minute away and had to come back because the compressor blew up literally smoking. Later realized They intentionally put to much freeon in it so so the compressor would blow up so she had to dish more out for a compressor.
