My father went to this office to get his hip looked at and told the staff that he needed to come back again for another appointment for his knees. He had two knee replacements and they have been bothering him for months. When he went in for his second appointment, the woman at the front asked if he was there for his hip and he corrected her and said knees*. He waited to be take in. Dr. Kannelokas did a total knee replacement using MAKO robotic surgery. The entire process went much better than I ever imagined. His office staff was so efficient and made the pre-surgery process go so smoothly, even though I tested positive for COVID three days before the surgery and I had to reschedule. They were always available to answer questions and they called me every step of the way to insure my pre-admission testing was being done properly.
