Jim is a very kind and patient man. EMDR therapy was very enlightening. Although I didn't complete it at that time (insurance&finance reasons but not because of the Acacia Center is not affordable its actually very flexible) I intend to return and see Mr. Jones again starting next week. He taught me about finding my safe place and breathing exercises that I use quite often.
