I went in for an eye test and to get glasses for reading. I asked for bifocals but after the person working on getting me lenses talked me into getting progressive glasses. I told her I had them before and they do not work for me. She said they would work best for me. About a week later my glasses came in and they were not correct. I asked to have a simple eye exam and order glasses as covered by my insurance. Without my knowledge of what exactly they were doing, I was charged for other tests that were not covered by my insurance. They are packed full of hidden fees. That on top of the rude receptionist has lead me to search elsewhere for my vision needs.
Had an apt scheduled for 2:50 still wasn't seen 3:30 rolls around still had not been seen I had to leave due to other things planned. If you enjoy waiting 30 or more minutes on a scheduled appointment this is the place for you . If not I'd recommend go else where.
