Life giving, Life changing knee replacement by Dr. Jennings. I could only walk for a few minutes before surgery. Now can walk for hours pain free. Dr Jennings also has an amazing OR team. Walked out of recovery and home the same day. No overnight. Did home PT for a couple weeks. No cane, no walker. How thankful I am.
Dr. Jennings did my hip replacement on 1/1/25. My recovery was outstanding! I feel wonderful after just 3 months. I have no pain. I can even jog! He is the greatest Dr I know. Dr. Jennings is the best orthopedic surgeon in the Greenville area. He is a caring doctor and explains everything in detail and makes you feel at ease for such a major surgery. He did my knee surgery and I felt totally safe in his hands. He will do my other knee in August.
Dr. Jennings is the best knee orthopedic surgeon in the upstate. He has done knee replacements for over 20 years in this practice. I highly recommend him....he’s straightforward on diagnosis and letting you know your situation and what is needed. Great personality, courteous, respects his patients, and fully answered any question I asked.
