I cannot believe this place! My brother is getting married TODAY!!! 5 hours away from home and his shirt is literally 3 sizes smaller than what he ordered!! Isn’t that why you take measurements?? So disappointing!! And only offered to refund $50 for the shirt rental. Ridiculous!! Do NOT recommend this place!!
They have really bad customer services. There’s a man there I don’t know if he’s the Owner or Manager but he was really rude.

Had to change my review from 5 star to 1 star. Several years ago we experienced great customer service. Today went in for a rental and was treated horribly. Either the worker was new or whatever but she has no customer service skills. When asked if we could try on the shirt with the tux she said no until the day of fitting and she was very snobby about it. As if she was doing us a favor. There are many rentals in Mcallen.
