DON"T WASTE YOUT TIME & MONEY! This man is only out to get a paycheck. He hires anyone and everyone with no experience to go beat and bang pieces of wood together and doesn't even pay the ones who actually do a good job. He hires people to do labor only and then makes THEM pay for the supplies, for the job, that HE has already been PAID for! He leaves trash all over job sites and never cleans it up. Working with Justin and his team was a real pleasure. We operate a busy cafe that's part of a bakery in West Concord MA and they helped us renovate a counter top and cabinet work area in a tight space. They worked with us on design, pricing, permitting and install issues, and together we resolved every question smoothly. The team was competent, on point and communicative. Overall, an A+. There I was with a 30 day move in date and was told that J.J.Welch / Salem was going to be my contractor. This timeframe was not only unrealistic but I had to work with someone that was not my choice and knew nothing about. ……….. I had no options but to move forward with this construction group. As a subcontractor there isn’t anything more we could ask from a GC. Their staff optimizes teamwork and professionalism from the office to the field.
We recently provided the flooring work on the **** project in Salem, MA for JJ Welch. Justin, Megan and Chris were all great to work with on this project and delivered a great building to the end user.
