Just like Ronald said it’s not crowded they blame us for canceling appointments but even if they double booked it’s not crowded I don’t understand why we get seen late ⏰ and then when we in a mental crisis it’s our fault too

Customer service is always #1 on their list. The VA employees are always willing to spend time and explain clearly everything you need to know. Veterans are made to feel special at every visit.

I want to say that a lot of Veterans complain about free health care. I get it we all didn't come back the same. We all took the same oath. I am taking this moment to recognize someone who helped me understand that it is ok to be not alright all the time. Taught me that there are different ways to handle things. I had a VA card never put my info for assability or cash I am a1995 cratonal naval and marine Bronx veteran my divastion wasa confinement at a young age over a friend I digged for 9/11 on a corrections bus in Manhattan. I've been to the 9/11 mamorial. I flew last yr to Santo Domingo La Republic Dominica. October 13 2023 until October 22 2023. Am with the WellLife Network paitaints.
