Although we have been attended by Dr. Martin for years, since being taken over by St. Luke’s the personal one on one with the office is non existent. One can not contact the practice directly, only through an answering service with no knowledge of the specific practice. The personal touch Nazareth Practice once had is gone. When dealing with the St. Lukes answering instead of the practice directly, questions, messages and requests never get through to the practice
