I've been taking my father (in his 90's) to see Dr. James Lee for his routine ear canal cleanings/exams. There is usually a minimal wait and Dr. Lee is courteous and pleasant. However, trying to make an appointment with front office is an exercise in frustration and patience. The front desk team's phone manners need a dramatic improvement so not to do the doctors a disservice. Why go into medicine if you don't have empathy for a patient's feelings and concerns about a particular health issue? If you need a gentle hand, find another doctor.
