Deserves zero stars. Horrible experience — we waited nearly an hour to see the doctor, and he examined my daughter for barely 30 seconds before concluding it was not an ENT issue. I understand if it’s not within your specialty, but as a healthcare professional, please show compassion and make an effort to help those who are suffering.
I came and saw Dr. Lee 2 days ago because I was having muffling in my ear. I came in the next day for a hearing test and things went well. He was very knowledgeable and have me great advice in what to do. Great ENT in the area ! Also the staff in the front was very helpful with answering all my insurance needs. Give Dr. Lees office a try !
Saw Dr. Lee today. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things and options to me. I felt like he really listened. Think he will be my regular ENT from now on.
Horrible office. Even when you’re sick it’s a couple of weeks for an appt. They tell you to go to your general practitioner. That’s okay there are plenty of real good ENT in area. Just beware !
