Always a great job and quick turnaround! Truly a surveyor you can trust!!
These Chiniche guys are a joke, at least service wise, 15+ emails and several phone calls they still were not ready... I went to Duke Levy and associates (1 call and two emails, done!) instead and highly recommend them if you need an elevation certificate. Chiniche took over a week to get to where we needed then they just completely dropped the ball by not listening to my request for the payment method, which I mentioned up front and several times throughout the process.
