Mr. Brearton does not know what he is doing. I hired him to make out a POA for my husband. He did it wrong, charged me $750 up front and left. I asked him to fix it and just sent an email with the IN CORRECT paper work. No one would except the POA. I had to hire another attorney. They charged me $150 to do it and it was correct the first time. I also hired them to do MY will, health care proxy and my POA for $500 for all of that. Mr. Brearton is a shyster! He robbed me at a very difficult time.
