My experience with the office manager, Katrina Daniels, was extremely disappointing. On October 15, 2025, I discovered that my personal medical information was sent to my employer without my permission. When I spoke with Ms. Daniels between 8 and 9 a.m. that same day, she told me she sent the letter because she couldn’t reach me and said it was “illegal for her to keep me on light duty.” I never signed or verbally gave permission for her to share my private medical details. I have been a patient of Dr. Booker for over a decade. I only go because Kimberly Jensen is the best in seeing her patients. I have recommended countless friends and relatives to this office. Sadly, I am now very dissatisfied with their billing practices that seem very questionable. I first wondered if they were hacked.I recently got a bill for over 4,377.17 .
