Dr. Incalcaterra has been the primary care physician (PCP) for my wife and I for at least a decade. He has been professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable. My wife and I recently found out that Dr.Incalcaterra would be retiring at the end of March 2022. We wish him all the best on his retirement. At the same time, however, we shall sorely miss him and now face the daunting prospect of having to replace him. Dr. Incalcaterra is my physician. I believe he is one of the finest in America. And I have known many over my 77 years.
Dr. Incalcaterra never fails to provide insight and educate thoroughly any medical issue or medication.Though he might have back to back patients, he has never rushed through an exam/office visit, irrespective of the time or schedule. His care is excellent; he is genuine and always listens attentively. *Five stars go to his front desk staff and his assisting nurse medical staff/team, as well.They are consistently friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Dr. Incalcaterra is the best doctor I have ever had. However his rating is mediocre because the office staff he has now through HCA Houston Healthcare - Clear Lake Medical Group is TERRIBLE. I have needed a prescription to be refilled since January and his staff cannot seem to get this done! I have had two office visits since then and it is still not taken care of. There are other problems where I have to make repeated phonecalls to the office to get a prescription sent out. Otherwise I highly recommend Dr. Incalcaterra.
