Misty in the service department is wonderful. Got my car into look at so that I didn’t have to drive two hours away. She went tooth and nail with a warranty company for my car. Called and updated me with every step and explained everything before doing anything. Best customer service person I have ever dealt with in this industry. If I could rank her higher I would. So looking for recommendations come and see with Misty Saldivar. She’s the best.

Easiest buying experience ever with a new vehicle. James Hodge Ford saved me around 8K and there absolutely wasn’t any BS involved. Told them what I wanted and they gave me an honest price. Then they topped that off with adding rebates and customer cash deal. Had already thought it was a terrific deal and they took more off the price! Could not believe how good this was!
