Doc Hitchcock is a great guy. Very friendly and personable. He's very attentive and has taken care of me for many years. The staff is very friendly and professional and they make the experience comfortable. Never had a problem and have recommended the Doc many times.
Dismissed me cuz I had another doc do for me what you refused to. Give me vitamins...that my insurance covers. Nope. You made my levers get so low this last 8 months that im anemia now . Have been. I was never b4 with the correct vitamins. I told you when asked why I dont pay cash because I can't afford it right now. My bills are High. You shrugged your shoulder made a face like almost as if " what did I expect its life " and told me you wont send any request for my vitamins. I really hate that I run out of my meds and call it in the day before or day of . It's just for my thyroid and ur never actually open at 7am like it says online. Now im on day two no meds . Im sick 😫 yall also took all my vitamins my insurance covers cuz im struggling with bills and now you want me to pay cash. I can't. SO now ever right all night long my legs twitch without the correct vitamins this will continue to happen. It's literally cost me my job.
I saw Dr. Hitchcock for the first time today. I’ve been to a variety of doctors in my life and in my opinion it is a rarity to find one who is as kind & personable as they are professional. I felt that I was in great hands the entire time, not once was I made to feel stupid for not knowing, my opinion and experiences were important for him to hear. Overall the experience was 1000/10 and I deeply recommend him, especially for people who have anxiety about going to hospitals. He is the best!
Dr H has been my regular GP since 2013. No complaints at all. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable doctor.
