You have an employee by the name of Bryan Smith who is for the lack of a better word, trash human being, has made an open comment about wishing a United States Marine Veteran was hit by a "RPG" which is very distasteful. Further employment of this person would not be in your best interest. Do to the simple fact he has no moral or ethical values which I assume your business has. Parting ways would be the high road here before your business is associated with scum like him.
