Very informative and cares about your health
The staff was phenomenal and friendly and made the check in experience very easy and fast. Dr. Hess was amazing with explaining everything regarding my health in terms in which made it easily understandable and was very thorough with his exam and treatment process. I’ve found and endocrinologist for life!!
Horrible horrible horrible patient experience with the scheduling team. I wish I could give zero starts. I was told by KEILY to email all my info to get an apt with Dr Hess so I did. Then I follow up 4 times. No response. Ask to speak to the manager AARON who was supposed to call me back. Didn’t so I had to follow up with him again. Says if we have the email we’ll use it but if we don’t we won’t. He tells me he watches Keily search her email and it’s not there. Doctor Hess was very professional, He explained what I needed to hear in a kind , caring way. Thank you Dr. Hess and his friendly staff.
First visit with Dr. Hess went really well. He is kind and compassionate. He listened carefully to my daughter’s concerns, looked over records she brought with from her primary doctor and carefully explained what steps we need to take, what tests are needed for how he will confirm or rule out what condition she has. It’s one of 2 things. He explained possible treatments. My daughter has a disability and extreme fear of getting blood tests and the technician was calm, reassuring and respectful.
