I don't typically write negative reviews, but feel it is necessary to share my experience with Dr. Ken. I have no ill will towards him, and don't know his motivations for his advise that night 10 days ago, and won't speculate. I scheduled a house call for my dog for the Monday after Easter, but the doctor never showed up. By Friday, my dog’s condition had deteriorated significantly, and I called Dr. Ken at 9:45 pm in a panic. ★★★★★ I cannot put into words how grateful I am for Dr. Ken. On a Saturday evening, in the middle of a blizzard, he drove to my home within an hour of my call so my dog wouldn’t have to suffer. Earlier that day we had been to the emergency vet, and when the medication wore off, my dog was in pain. Dr. Ken showed up with nothing but kindness, grace, and deep compassion. Dr. Ken is a very compassionate and talented vet. He has come late at night when I’ve had an emergency with one of my animals, and he helped send one of my animals off to the next dimension in the most loving way. He will take care of your pet.
Dr. Ken is a godsend. For not just my pet, but for any animal he takes care of. The Man is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to diagnosis and treatment of any animal. This man saved my blue nose from parvo. From the minute I spoke to him for the first time he was able to to identify her issue. Apon arrival to my home that day he treated my dog back to health. Dr. Ken has been caring for my cats for 20+ years. He's taken care of every issue under the sun for my furry babies, and they've never had to leave the house! Waaaayyy less stressful than a car ride any day!!
