Horrible experience!!! Chose to go here because I was told they did IV sedation. When I got in the back the Dr. told me no that he wouldnt do it because he didnt know me. This was an emergency molar removal. After the gel had taken affect he put a needle in the roof of my mouth and I yelled. They closed the door and he just kept going. I was sobbing by this time but he didnt tell me what he was doing. He kept drilling and tugging over and over. I just gripped the arms of the chair and prayed for it to be over. Had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled out, Dr. Heit made it a breeze. I was in and out in under an hour. All my questions were answered thoroughly and he even called me a few hours after the surgery to check up on me. Very happy and will be recommending my family/friends to him.
Its my second time to take my wisdom tooth out with dr. Heit! It’s painless and fast! Thank you dr heit!! My favorite oral surgeon! Thanks For the assistants as well, so friendly!
