James Heating and Cooling is a wonderful family business. They took the time to happily answer my late night phone calls when I was having furnace issues. They are prompt and caring. They treat you like family. I recommend them to everyone who has any heating and cooling needs.
James and Dawn are great. They were prompt, reliable, explained things clearly. They tried to fix before it became clear that my almost 30 year old beast needed to be retired. I felt really good about them being at my house, about their pricing, and valued how friendly and responsive they were on text. Would definitely recommend to friends.
