Dr. Head and his staff at the Russellville location deserve recognition for the excellent patient service. They are expeditiant on getting patients in to see the Doctor and always thorough and patient. I've noticed and appreciated their consideration and patience in discussing and explaining things to me as an individual with level 1 autism. Thank you all for the time and consideration you've shown as well as the compassion and care!
I broke my ankle last Friday came to Conway hospital and by Saturday morning doctor James Head had me in operation room just to set it. I get my second surgery this coming Tuesday I'm not saying it's been easy,but he doing he best to get me back home. Im very thankful to him.
Dr James Head has done 2 surgeries for me. He has been excellent in both. i recommended him also to family. He has great bedside manner he is professional and his staff and assistant is also excellent. He did an outstanding job for both surgeries one which was a very complex injury.
I really liked him . I was there for a 2nd look into my hand and arm . He was very up to date and seemed to know what he was talking about and doing . I'd give a referral to a friend or family member, no questions asked . I'd also see them again .
Dr. Head and his staff were phenomenal. He is very knowledgeable after surgery i had minimal pain. I would definitely recommend him.
