Absolutely a waste of time. I called to book a viewing and was given a slot at 11:10. When I asked if there was any other slot available, the assistant said they would call me back. To avoid losing the slot, I asked to keep my 11:10 appointment as I was still able to make it, the assistant refused and told me they would call back with more available slots. Awful experience. Selling your home is one of the most stressful experiences - and Stirling increased the stress levels ten fold, with his complete failure to keep us updated with the progress of the sale.
