I like my NP but as a whole the practice is not good. Suffering with a UTI and they expected me to wait for days until a urine culture came back before they would give an antibiotic. They wouldn't even allow me to leave a urine sample without an appointment! Another issue is, they switched patient portals and none of my info was migrated and now I am unable to send my NP a message.
You can never get a hold of someone at this doctor's office, they never get my prescriptions filled where I tell them i need them filled and honestly overall this place is useless for anything. I would definitely recommend going anywhere else other than this location!
I was there today at Havens medical group in Clarksville Indiana only two people in there besides me I needed to fill out paperand tried to get some help the lady was very rude told me to take it home and then bring it back they do not need no one to work in a medical facility like that the date was Jan 17th 2023 at 1030 am
I have nothing but good things to say about these people. Dr Williams, especially, is amazing.
