Dr. Sussman, I know you are retired now but I just need to let people know how you saved my daughter's life. It was you that suspected something more than the anaphylaxis that was happening. You helped us get her Tryptase levels measured at the hospital while she was in the middle of anaphylaxis You advocated to our insurance company to help cove her medical expenses. Called multiple times around 4 15 and go no answer. Left multiple requests to schedule an appointment online over and never heard nothing back. Been trying since November. When I finally get ahold of them it'll probably be months waiting after waiting months just to schedule an appointment.
Left multiple messages about scheduling an appointment through there website since I work while they're open. Haven't heard anything back.
Dr. James Sussman and his allergy partners staff are incredible. I have a unique disease that many doctors either gave up on diagnosing or wouldn't work with me. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by his wonderful, friendly front desk. From his nurses, admin to his shot clinic employees they are all welcoming, calming and kind.
