Dr L is very gentle & thorough. His assistant, Destiny, is friendly & knowledgeable. The entire team is on the same page. All are warm & personable.
Was referred here from the VA had an absolute pleasant time here for my first initial exam. Dr.James made sure I was aware of potential outcomes while trying to diagnose my teeth injury. Made sure I was informed and not kept in the dark for someone who has anxiety about the dentist I can say without a doubt the most professional and friendly staff. comfortable and easy appointment couldn’t recommend this practice enough!
I was impressed that Dr. Lancaster, took nearly an hour, explaining what he does, the review of my information that I submitted, as well as from my regular dentist and the exam and explaining possible causes of my gum recession and ultimately that I needed a small graft on one of my lower front gums. He answered questions I didn’t even have and I have no apprehension at all with following through with him for the graph. He is well informed and patient.
