I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Boyd. He was not only very nice but also extremely informative throughout the entire process of my left thyroid lobectomy. Dr. Boyd took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I was comfortable and understood the procedure. I had surgery 3/27/24 at Mercy Surgery Center . Dr James Boyd has been short of excellent . The staff at this facility was outstanding . The compassion that I experience from the time I nervously walk through the doors was an experience itself . One of the first to greet me was a nurse who goes by the name EJ . What an awesome person but it gets better . Then there was my intake nurse named Renee . She was so professional but comforting as well . So now it's time for the procedure .
