I hate northwell health and coming to this horrible overcrowded building. Jame's staff are incompetent (like everyone at this building besides the valet guys) and I had to re-set my appointment like 4 times. By the time I finally got to meet the doc, he insulted my weight and I immediately got up and left within 10 minutes of meeting him. For the love of God, go to someone else! Typical CSH snob behavior.
Good surgeon. But horrible bedside manner. Always felt uncomfortable and with his staff too. On the other hand, he was VERY good with my grandmother. And she loved him. I have since moved out of state, and now see a phenomenal ortho doctor with exceptional bedside manner. This is extremely important to me.
He has a horrible bedside manner, is rude and has an attitude.
Dr. Gurtowski is compassionate and skillful, I have been his patient for more than 10 years. I’m grateful to be under his care.
