The NYU fertility center led by dr grog and others is now a cash cow factory. Absolutely no concern for or questions asked about medical history or optimizing results for patients. I understand they are automating procedures and admin but should not exclude the care from healthcare.
I had an appointment with Jamie Grifo about egg freezing when I was 25. At first i was impressed by the technology and my impression of him was good and that he seemed generally helpful. But when I came in for my physical I informed him that I had been diagnosed with a malformation of the uterus and needed surgery, i also made him aware of the physical pain this malformation was causing. Where to begin with Dr. Grifo and the group at NYU Langone fertility. They are the most compassionate group and truly focus on you and your fertility journey. They are easy to get a hold of and ALWAYS call you back and leave open communication. I cannot speak highly enough for the team here. The nurses are some of the most kind and caring group of people. I never feel rushed or like another patient, they care about each person as their own individual and their own unique journey.
