Very friendly and professional. Well organized. Ms Kidd's energy and smile is unmatched. She explained all my tests so I could understand and make decisions for my next step. Physicians Hospital is fantastic. Got all my tests done in an orderly manner and all the staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Bonnen is very professional and explains things so you fully know what's happening. He's done two surgeries on my spine which fixed my problems, but as I age I may need more.
