I have been given false information by not only this "doctors" receptionist as well. Another doctor verified that what was told to me was incorrect. Not only that but the receptionist, nurses and the doctor himself were incredibly rude. From brushing off serious issues to complaining about the baby spitting up on them to straight ignoring everything being told to them, I have never had more issues with an office in my life! Transferred my son to Dr. Wilbanks. Staff made the transfer very easy and seen my son the same day. Very well pleased with Dr. and staff.
