Aug 16, 2023 submitted request to Brotherhood Mutual for a quote for church insurance. Aug 21 heard from Preston Kelso with James Greene & Associates as a rep able to help us. Started out great with a church visit, but went slowly and continually downhill from there. Did not receive an actual dollar amount quote until Dec. 5 with no details at all about the coverage. $ amount was also much higher than the competition.
