This was by far the worse experience I have ever had with the death of a family member. These people were rude from start to finish. Beyond rude and short when setting and paying for the service. At the viewing the staff was very rude in the way the spoke with everyone. Barking out ordered and acting annoyed with anything we asked. At the gravesite he rushed us to the cars telling us to leave asap as if we couldn’t see my brother lowered into the ground. I really had to ask can we watch him be lowered.
