My 76 yr old mom made an appointment with Dr. Goudy. She had to cancel the first one due to the heat. She had to cancel the 2nd one because she was too tired to shower and dress. It's hard for elderly people sometimes. She was denied a 3rd reschedule. I feel this is bad policy. She was not a no show. We called in advance both times. If you are elderly, this is not a good fit.
I would like to start by saying that my initial apt with the office was great!! The dr was super nice and down to earth. I ultimately had my first colonoscopy yesterday and let my nurse know that upon coming out of anesthesia, I was having some trouble breathing. It ended up improving a little bit well the next day (today)it was still bothering me and I called the nurse line at Dr Gaudys office and when I did end up talking to her, she was so abrupt and, kinda just told me that the dr said if it continues tomorrow (I believe... read more
