They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. Does this pediatrician emphasize preventative care, such as child safety and nutrition? Definitely not. They didn't know anything about child safety or nutrition Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past Was this pediatrician friendly? Polite Enough Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

Does the pediatrician have other doctors or nurse practitioners that can provide care if the pediatrician is sick or unavailable? Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support Would you recommend this provider to others? Yes Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did this provider have bad breath? Not at all, I didn't notice a smell. Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
