Does this provider treat every client equally? No, they definitely favor certain clients Does this provider remember you by name? No, and they don't make an effort to even try Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? No, they didn't even attempt to explain Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Yes, I was pressured Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Practically Impossible

They barely gave me any information at all. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there.(I could overhear MANY disparaging remarks from receptionists PLUS heard confidential medical info being talked abt by them!! I feel like my appointment was pointless. The Dr was ROUGH with my body and I felt worse when I left.--left with bruises & pain. I had the hardest time finding their office,--apparently have moved, but gave me the OLD address!! and I had to stop in other offices to find theirs! Plus--the exam r... read more

Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did this provider have bad breath? Not at all, I didn't notice a smell. Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
